Stay Cool’s subscription service allows you to receive your chosen beverages directly to your doorstep with the convenience of automatic billing. You can select a shipping frequency that suits your needs: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Subscription Billing

Billing Cycle: All subscriptions are billed on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending on the shipping frequency selected. The billing cycle starts on the date of your first subscription order.

Payment Method: At the time of subscription, you will be required to provide a valid credit card, which will be automatically charged on the same day each month.

Billing Notifications: We will send you a billing reminder via email three days before your credit card is charged, along with an invoice once the charge is successful.
Shipping Frequency Options

Weekly: Your beverages will be shipped once every week. BE AWARE: This subscription can't be canceled or paused until after your 2nd payment is received. This is to ensure people are not taking advantage of us by buying then immediately canceling or pausing their subscription.

Bi-Weekly: Your beverages will be shipped once every two weeks. BE AWARE: This subscription can't be canceled or paused until after your 2nd payment! This is to ensure people are not taking advantage of us by buying then immediately canceling or pausing their subscription.

Monthly: Your beverages will be shipped once every month.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are included in the subscription price for all orders within our standard delivery areas. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or deliveries outside of our standard areas.
Managing Your Subscription

Modifications: You can modify your subscription preferences, including beverage selection and shipping frequency, by contacting customer service.

Pauses & Cancellations: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer service. Please note that changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that shipment.

Reactivation: Paused subscriptions can be reactivated at any time. To cancel your subscription permanently, please contact customer service.
Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our beverages. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds and credits will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned goods. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
